I don’t feel safe saying I have a runny nose and a tickle in my throat.
What will people think?
I don’t know if I should take Mucinex, Sudafed, Zyrtec, or Tylenol.
Is it allergies?
Am I sick?
I don’t really want an answer.
I’m going to bed.

It’s a tough time to feel under the weather! I hope you feel better soon. The line, “I don’t really want an answer” is a powerful one, coming after those questions.
I heard a quote today that I am loving to reference: ” a runny nose is not a sign of COVID 19″ I’ve got that itchy allergy tickle and sneeze going on too so I just announce it loudly in public when it happens!
Yikes. I feel you! I have asthma and allergies, and I feel like it must have felt to be a leper. I’m seriously afraid to clear my throat in public. It’s a bit crazy out there. Thank you for this post-a lot of people can relate to it, I’m sure.
Totally understand the feeling. I’ve been taking zinc. Your questions resonate with so many. Feel better soon!
Feel better and rest!
